Complete Production Process
The wine tray production line follows the same process as egg tray production, with specialized molds for wine bottle shapes. Here are the five main stages:
1. Pulping System
The process begins by converting waste paper into usable pulp:
- Raw materials (newspaper, cardboard, office paper) are fed into the pulper machine
