One 4-mould 8-piece rotary egg tray forming machine, output up to 4000-5000pcs/h, with vacuum pump and negative pressure system to suck the pulp for forming.
A 6-layer mesh belt dryer, with uniform hot air, fast drying speed, consistent colour, and high strength of egg tray.

High moulding efficiency: automated pulping, adsorption moulding, and continuous drying system work seamlessly together to produce high-quality egg trays continuously and stably.
Moulds can be customized: support 30 holes, 20 holes, 6 holes egg tray moulds, as well as a variety of fruit trays, wine trays, and other shaped moulds on demand.
Voltage plug support customisation: according to Costa Rica’s local grid standards, the entire line is configured for 220V/60Hz or 380V three-phase to ensure stable operation of the equipment.
Environmental protection and energy saving: the whole line design focuses on water recycling and heat recovery, in line with local energy saving and emission reduction requirements.

After the egg tray production line arrived in Costa Rica, our technical engineers provided detailed installation guidance and operation training for the customer through remote video.
The customer’s feedback is that the equipment is stable and easy to operate. Workers are quick to get started, and the egg trays are dried quickly, with uniform size and natural colour, which greatly improves the overall production capacity and product quality. The process that originally required more than ten people to operate can now be completed by only a few people, significantly reducing labour costs.
